Studio Policies
Cancellation Policy
We are a small studio, and every spot counts. We ask that clients please cancel with as much notice as possible to allow customers on the waitlist to attend. Cancellations made within 4 hours of the scheduled class will not be credited back to your account.
Exceptions to this policy may be made in cases of emergency or unforeseen circumstances, and will be handled on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of the studio.
Classes may be cancelled due to low attendance. We will avoid this whenever possible and give as much notice as we can.
Studio Etiquette
Arriving on Time
Studio will be open 20 minutes before class. We ask that you arrive early and in time to set up your space and settle in. This allows for class to begin on time and creates a respectful environment.
Studio Space
Our space is limited, so please only bring necessary items into the studio. Purses, cell phones, extra bags/jackets can be left in your locked vehicle. Each class will have a description as to what to bring in your email confirmation.
Honouring the Quiet Space
We encourage students to enter the studio quietly during our more gentle practices (yin /hatha) and to refrain from making loud noises or engaging in conversations in the practice space. For some of our classes, it is okay to talk in the studio before class starts (barre/warrior). Please also be sure to turn off all electronics. (Including talking watches).
Pass Policy
Punch passes expire 12 months after first use.
