Vinyasa yoga is known for its fluidity of movement, synchronized with breath. In this dynamic practice, we will flow through a series of poses in a rhythmic manner, building heat in the body while cultivating strength and flexibility.
So come join us on the mat! Ignite your inner flame as we flow together through invigorating sequences before gracefully winding down towards tranquility. You’ll leave feeling rejuvenated from head to toe – radiating warmth from deep within.

REST AND RESET WITH MARY
Join us for a 75-minute gentle restorative yoga practice. We use props to help support long deep holds, allowing the body and mind to release into a state of peacefulness and serenity.
Give your nervous system a chance to reset, let go, and de-stress. Suitable for all levels.

HENS ZEN WITH SARAH
Welcome to our Yin-style practice class, where we prioritize deep tissue release for a truly rejuvenating experience. In this class, you can expect to journey into a state of deep relaxation and restoration.
Yin yoga is a slow-paced style that targets the connective tissues in the body, such as ligaments, fascia, and tendons. By holding gentle poses for an extended period of time, usually ranging from 3 to 5 minutes or more, we allow these tissues to gradually release tension and tightness.
Whether you’re new to yin yoga or have previous experience with it, this class welcomes practitioners of all levels. Sarah will provide variations and modifications tailored to individual needs so that everyone can enjoy the benefits of deep tissue release.

SACRED SUNDAY WITH SARAH
Treat yourself to a nourishing and enlightening Sunday with our gentle Hatha practice! This session is specially crafted to help you cultivate self-love, mindfulness, and inner peace. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or just starting your practice, this class is suitable for all levels of experience.
Join us as we blend the calming elements of mantra, movement, and pranayama to create a perfectly blissful practice. Take this opportunity to connect with yourself on a deeper level and set the tone for a peaceful week ahead.

MORNING HATHA WITH SARAH
Start your day off right by connecting with your breath, moving your body, and quieting your mind during this well rounded 60 min Hatha practice.
We will move through basic postures that focus on opening, strengthening , and balance.
Suitable for all levels.

BARRE
BARRE & BEND WITH SARAH
This dynamic duo will incorporate standard a Multi Barre workout followed by 15 minutes of blissful yoga style stretches to help you strengthen and lengthen!
We will be shaking and burning during this low impact, isometric and targeted workout. We use light weights, bands, and fitness balls both on the mat and at the barre to increase intensity. All moves are instructed in a safe, functional, and motivating way. I AM STRONG!
Suitable for all levels.

BARRE STAR WITH SUZANNE
This super-charged workout will leave your legs and arms shaking! Inspired by ballet, yoga, and Pilates, Barre uses isometrics (placing tension on particular muscles without moving the surrounding joints) to tire out muscles with high repetition and low impact movements. Build your core from the inside out while working on posture, alignment, strength and flexibility. This fitness class uses your own body weight, light hand held weights and small bands alongside the wall and on the mat.
Beginner to advanced postures are suggested throughout, so you can bring yourself to where you need to go!

PILATES
CLASSICAL MAT PILATES WITH FAE
Join Fae Raven for this progressive, fundamentals-first mat class designed to build core strength, improve posture, and increase mobility. You’ll learn the classical sequence in a clear, simple way that supports stability, alignment, and body awareness, helping you move with more confidence and control both on and off the mat.
Please note, this class is not designed for pregnant women, however all ages and abilities are welcome.

HIIT
FIT HIIT WITH MARY
Join Mary for an energizing class that combines short bursts of high-intensity exercise with brief recovery periods to maximize calorie burn, boost cardiovascular fitness, and build strength.
Set to energizing music that keeps you moving to the beat, every session is designed to lift your mood and increase your heart rate.
