Vinyasa yoga is known for its fluidity of movement, synchronized with breath. In this dynamic practice, we will flow through a series of poses in a rhythmic manner, building heat in the body while cultivating strength and flexibility.

As you move through each posture, you’ll be encouraged to connect with your breath – inhaling to expand and exhaling to release any tension or stress. The continuous flow of movements generates internal heat, stimulating circulation throughout your entire body.

Whether you’re new to vinyasa or have been practicing for years, Sarah will guide you through variations suitable for all levels so that everyone can enjoy the benefits of this empowering style.

HENS ZEN WITH SARAH

Welcome to our Yin-style practice class, where we prioritize deep tissue release for a truly rejuvenating experience. In this class, you can expect to journey into a state of deep relaxation and restoration.

Yin yoga is a slow-paced style that targets the connective tissues in the body, such as ligaments, fascia, and tendons. By holding gentle poses for an extended period of time, usually ranging from 3 to 5 minutes or more, we allow these tissues to gradually release tension and tightness.

During the practice, you will be guided through a series of seated or lying down postures that are designed to target specific areas of your body. The focus on long holds not only helps increase flexibility but also allows for deeper access into the connective tissues.

Whether you’re new to yin yoga or have previous experience with it, this class welcomes practitioners of all levels. Sarah will provide variations and modifications tailored to individual needs so that everyone can enjoy the benefits of deep tissue release.

Gentle Hatha and Yin fusion.

Get grounded with Lindy in this slow paced stretch consisting of long juicy holds. Allow yourself to turn inward, focusing on your breath, and anything else that may arise.

Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or just starting your practice, this class is suitable for all levels of experience.

Join us as we blend the calming elements of Hatha yoga with the deep stretching and relaxation of Yin yoga, creating a perfect balance of movement and stillness. Take this opportunity to connect with yourself on a deeper level and set the tone for a peaceful week ahead.

Candles and Incense for Meditation

HATHA WITH LINDY

In Sanskrit, Hatha translates to “force”. Join Lindy as she leads you through a series of asanas to focus your life force energy, while increasing your strength, flexibility, and meditation ritual.

Fine tune and deepen your practice. This class will run 75-90 minutes depending on students’ preferences. All levels welcome.

MULTI BARRE WITH SARAH

The Multi Barre Method™️ was created to provide a safe workout for people with all body types, and all levels of experience. The methodology behind The Multi Barre Method is physiotherapy. All movements that are Multi Barre approved are from Physiotherapy rehabilitation movements, and are all anchored in optimal postural alignment theory.

Multi Barre does not incorporate dance, yoga, cardio or long dynamic movements. The goal is to shake & burn; breaks are welcome however not inserted into class. Each class starts with glutes and ends with glutes, the sequence is kept similar to see your progress each time you practice. A few minutes is allotted for stretching at the end of class.

BARRE STAR WITH SUZANNE

This super-charged workout will leave your legs and arms shaking! Inspired by ballet, yoga, and Pilates, Barre uses isometrics (placing tension on particular muscles without moving the surrounding joints) to tire out muscles with high repetition and low impact movements. Build your core from the inside out while working on posture, alignment, strength and flexibility. This fitness class uses your own body weight, light hand held weights and small bands alongside the wall and on the mat.

Beginner to advanced postures are suggested throughout, so you can bring yourself to where you need to go!
