SPIRIT FLOW WITH SARAH
This class will be a mix of intensity based on student attendance and request. Get in tune with your body, mind, and spirit in this dynamic vinyasa practice.
Vinyasa yoga is known for its fluidity of movement, synchronized with breath. In this dynamic practice, we will flow through a series of poses in a rhythmic manner, building heat in the body while cultivating strength and flexibility.
As you move through each posture, you’ll be encouraged to connect with your breath – inhaling to expand and exhaling to release any tension or stress. The continuous flow of movements generates internal heat, stimulating circulation throughout your entire body.
Whether you’re new to vinyasa or have been practicing for years, Sarah will guide you through variations suitable for all levels so that everyone can enjoy the benefits of this empowering style.

BARRE & BEND WITH SARAH
This dynamic duo will incorporate standard multi barre moves as well as yoga poses to help you strengthen and lengthen!
Suitable for all levels.

REST AND RESET *New
Join us for a 75-minute gentle restorative yoga practice. We use props to help support long deep holds, allowing the body and mind to release into a state of peacefulness and serenity.
Give your nervous system a chance to reset, let go, and de-stress. Suitable for all levels.

BARRE STAR WITH SUZANNE
This super-charged workout will leave your legs and arms shaking! Inspired by ballet, yoga, and Pilates, Barre uses isometrics (placing tension on particular muscles without moving the surrounding joints) to tire out muscles with high repetition and low impact movements. Build your core from the inside out while working on posture, alignment, strength and flexibility. This fitness class uses your own body weight, light hand held weights and small bands alongside the wall and on the mat.
Beginner to advanced postures are suggested throughout, so you can bring yourself to where you need to go!

HENS ZEN WITH SARAH
Welcome to our Yin-style practice class, where we prioritize deep tissue release for a truly rejuvenating experience. In this class, you can expect to journey into a state of deep relaxation and restoration.
Yin yoga is a slow-paced style that targets the connective tissues in the body, such as ligaments, fascia, and tendons. By holding gentle poses for an extended period of time, usually ranging from 3 to 5 minutes or more, we allow these tissues to gradually release tension and tightness.
During the practice, you will be guided through a series of seated or lying down postures that are designed to target specific areas of your body. The focus on long holds not only helps increase flexibility but also allows for deeper access into the connective tissues.
Whether you’re new to yin yoga or have previous experience with it, this class welcomes practitioners of all levels. Sarah will provide variations and modifications tailored to individual needs so that everyone can enjoy the benefits of deep tissue release.
